Payment policies
Your motor, powerhead or customer remanufacture can be secured with a $500 deposit made by credit card, personal check, bank wire, cash or certified check. Final payments are made by guaranteed funds, including bank wire, cashier’s check or cash. Personal checks may be accepted with pre-approval and may be held 5 to 10 business days for clearance.
Warranty support
Contact the shop manager immediately with warranty concerns or claims. Sales staff do not handle warranty issues directly. Remanufactured powerheads are covered by a one-year parts warranty beginning when the motor is received. Shipping, installation adjustments and damage caused by conditions outside the stated warranty terms are not covered.
Freight shipping
Blackbird Motors works with FedEx and UPS freight for inbound and outbound shipments. For a pickup quote, have your name, address, phone, email, business or residence status, and lift-gate needs ready for the shop.
